Create a search profile. As soon as a suitable property becomes available – even without a public listing – we contact you personally, often before it reaches the market at all.
It depends on the agreed model. For apartments and single-family houses (with a private buyer), the buyer may bear at most half of the commission – and only if the seller covers at least the same share. It is equally possible for the seller to bear the commission in full; in that case the purchase is commission-free for you as the buyer. We state the specific arrangement transparently before every viewing – with no hidden costs.
